MotoAmigos and the World of Rally Raid
Adventure motorcycling and rally competition share the same core values: preparation, endurance, and the desire to explore the unknown.
While riders compete in some of the toughest environments on Earth, MotoAmigos applies that same mindset to motorcycle expeditions across South America.

The adventure is only beginning.
As the World Rally-Raid Championship continues, we’ll be bringing you behind the scenes with race updates, rider stories, technical insights, and firsthand experiences from the field.

Keep following MotoAmigos — the next chapter is already on the horizon.
Roald Thomsen, the main mechanic in charge and leading operations for MotoAmigos and RVM Racing in Villa Carlos Paz, Córdoba, is supporting competing rider Nicolás “Nico” Mana and the team throughout their campaign at the FIM World Rally-Raid Championship – Desafío Ruta 40.
Stage 1 is complete with a demanding San Juan / San Juan loop covering 510 km — including 340 km of special stage and 170 km of liaison.
Nico Mana is currently running 11th in the Rally2 category and 24th overall in the motorcycle standings. During the stage, he faced a rear tire issue after the center tread blocks came off, but despite the challenge, he fought through and made it back to the bivouac safely. The team is already preparing for the next challenge with a fresh tire fitted and ready to go.
Great teamwork, determination, and resilience on display as the rally moves into Stage 2. 🏍️🔥
